Abstract

The study examined the impact of work experiences on employee satisfaction and productivity, as well as the factors that influence work experiences and satisfaction levels, including work history, organizational factors, and employees' past work experiences and backgrounds at the Guimaras State University. The study made use of the mixed-methods research design and highlights the significance of employee experience management in ensuring employee satisfaction and productivity. The study found that employee experience management is a crucial determinant of employee satisfaction and productivity, with communication, feedback, and respect being essential components in resolving conflicts and enhancing the employee experience. The study further highlighted various strategies that organizations can employ, such as conducting employee satisfaction reports, restructuring mentorship programs, and implementing recognition and reward systems, to improve employee experience. It also emphasized the importance of promoting a favorable work culture that prioritizes positivity, respect, and transparency in mitigating challenges and achieving organizational success. The study recommends specific actions, such as developing a clear vision and mission, providing opportunities for growth, training managers and supervisors, and prioritizing employee well-being and success, to improve employee experience management and contribute to overall organizational success.
