Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

1. Authors should submit their manuscripts through the Journal online submission.

2. Papers submitted for publication should describe high quality original work, not previously partially or fully published elsewhere.

3. Manuscripts must be submitted only in English and should be written according to sound grammar and proper terminology.

4. Manuscripts should be typed with a font Times New Roman of 11 pt. in the compatible MS-Word format in one column with 2.5cm margin at each side and submitted to the Journal electronically through the Journal online submission. Manuscript submission. More than one submission for a single manuscript can loose the chance of the manuscript consideration. Manuscript must be accompanied by a covering letter including title and author (s) name and must be signed by corresponding author as well as the final checklist. The sampling covering letter and final checklist are supplied during the submission processing.

5. The text should include: Title, with author(s) name and address, an abstract (150 - 250 words), which state the purpose of the study, basic procedures, main findings and the principal conclusions where are followed by 4-7 key words. Introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, acknowledgement and references list are followed.

6. Tables and figures in limited numbers should be cited throughout the text with the captions placed above for table and below for figures. Do not submit tables and graphs as photograph. Place explanatory matters in footnotes, not in the heading. Do not use internal horizontal and vertical rules.

7. All graphs should be provided in excel format.


8. The policy of the Journal with respect to unit and symbols is that SI symbols should be applied.

9. Following acceptance of the article for publication, authors will receive an in house evaluation and galley proof for revisions and will be asked to complete and signed, the copyright for the accepted article, individually due to the fully peer review processing and publication.

10. Responsibility for the accuracy of bibliographic citations lies entirely with the authors

11. Citations in the text:
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list.

Unpublished results and personal communications are not recommended in the reference list. "Unpublished results" or "Personal communication" citation of a
reference as "in press" implies that the item has been accepted for publication.
Citing and listing of Web references:
References: References must be listed in the ACS Style only. All references should be numbered sequentially [in square brackets]
in the text and listed in the same numerical order in the reference section. The reference numbers must be finalized and the bibliography must be fully formatted before submission.

Citations for articles/material published exclusively online or in open access (free-to-view), must contain the exact Web addresses at the end of the reference(s), except those posted on an author’s Web site unless editorially essential, e.g. ‘Reference: Available from: URL’.


•All references must be complete and accurate.

•All authors must be cited and there should be no use of the phrase et al.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
