Abstract

According to the results of this study, the aspects are ranked follows: teaching academic concept, in order, teaching academic concept, professional knowledge ability, communication activity ability, reflection and inquiry ability, innovation and application ability, the qualities of both engineering and teaching. In this paper, the guidelines teaching academic teachers made up of 23 measures from two dimensions, school organization level and 11 aspects.
