Strategies for the Development of Innovative Leadership of Administrators in Universities in Guangxi

Abstract
innovative of administrators the adaptability development of leadership in universities including following personality, innovative skills, innovative team building. The sample group of this research were 327 administrators simple. The interview group were 10 high-level administrators and experts for evaluated the adaptability and feasibility of strategies for development of innovative leadership of administrators. The research instruments were questionnaire, structured frequency, content.
results were 1) innovative leadership of administrators in four aspects strategies innovative administrators 31 strategies. 7 strategies for innovative personality, 9 strategies for innovative skills, 8 strategies for innovation organizational climate, and 7 strategies for innovative team building. the development of innovative administrators was highest.
