Abstract

Most of the factors leading to the permeabilization of the mitochondrial high permeability pore are known. However, the effects and substances that cause a decrease in permeability are much less. As a result of blocking the formation of bile fluid synthesized in the liver and functional disturbances are observed in the mitochondria of hepatocytes. One such disturbance can be through a change in the conformation of the high permeability pore of mitochondria. Experiments were conducted on 60 rats in order to identify pathophysiological disturbances at the level of the ion transport system, and their results were reported.
